Along the way, attending a Vipassana retreat in Armenia gave my life a deeper sense of purpose and opened a new spiritual dimension within me. There, I discovered the practice of Vipassana meditation, which I consider a gift of destiny and the beginning of a brighter path. From that moment on, my life took a meaningful new direction.
I began my yoga journey as a self-taught practitioner. For nearly a year, I dedicated myself to studying the teachings and videos of respected yoga instructors who emphasized proper technique. As my body became more flexible and I continued setting small, achievable goals, I remained committed to the path and gradually developed a deep passion for yoga, meditation, and the harmony between them.
I spent one year studying flexibility training with Aida Dance and about a year and a half practicing Hatha Yoga under Faezeh. Later, I earned my Yoga Alliance USA instructor certification with Samin. During this journey, I was deeply inspired by the integration of yoga with sound and experienced a variety of yoga styles. Blending all of these experiences together gave birth to a unique approach that I named Flexiazi.
Through this journey, I learned how to truly love and accept myself with all my strengths, imperfections, and vulnerabilities. I realized that I am part of nature and that I can live in harmony with the universe, the natural world, and my inner self. Yoga taught me that living fully in the present moment is life itself, and that true joy comes from the balance of mind, body, and spirit. This sense of unity is only possible when these three become one. Yoga and meditation continue to remind me of this beautiful truth every day. Today, as a lifelong student, teacher, and guide, I have dedicated my life to sharing the transformative world of yoga.
